Jamby El Favo - La Carta (Live) | Vevo DSCVR
Jamby El Favo - La Carta. An exclusive performance for Vevo DSCVR, the channel for the best in new music.
Raised just outside San Juan, Puerto Rico, Jan Omar Cambero Luciano grew up with big music dreams. On his hometown streets, the kid who would eventually become Jamby El Favo began honing his skills by battle-rapping neighborhood adversaries. The barrio was the perfect place for the “Hoy” singer to tweak his distinctive flow and standout rhymes. Fast forward a few years and the 26-year-old's career dreams have been realized, including an RIAA certified Gold record for his “Me Compre Un Full” collab with Los G4. As his star has risen, so too have opportunities to work with reggaeton’s biggest names, including Myke Towers (“De Negro”) and Ñengo Flow ("Vagabundo"). Years of steady releases coupled with striking visuals has led Jamby’s ESworld page to balloon to almost two million subscribers. That’s not the only thing he’s built - Jamby runs his own label, Fuk Fake Music, where he provides opps for artists with dreams like his. If you want an instant jolt of energy, check his “Hoy” vid - it will instantly explain his popularity. But first, peep our DSCVR performances. He flowed through “Hoy” and “La Carta,” impressing the whole team and reminding us his potential is unlimited.
